Signature upon delivery

All orders delivered by Baluchon Accessoires must be signed at the reception of the parcel.
CANPAR will conduct 2 delivery attempts then return the package to Baluchon Accessoire if both previous attempts failed. You will be charged if you wish your parcel to be shipped again.

How long do I have to request an exchange or a refund?

You have a period of 30 days following the date of receipt for regularly priced items. Sale items can’t be exchange or refund.

If I wish to make a return, will I have to pay shipping?

Yes. Shipping fees are your responsibility.

How can I get a refund or make a return?

What are the conditions for returns or refund?

The product must not have been worn and the label must not be removed.

Can I have my order delivered to another address?

Yes. You can deliver your order to any address in Canada and the United States. Just enter this address in the ‘shipping address’.

I need my order faster, is it possible?

No, it is not currently possible to speed up the shipping process.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Yes, we also deliver to the United States.
For orders delivered outside Canada, possible taxes and customs duties payable are the responsibility of the Purchaser.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are delivered in the shortest time possible. It takes between 2-15 business days for delivery in Canada and 20 business days for delivery in the United States.

What are the shipping rates?

The flat rate is $ 10.00per order. Free delivery with purchases of $100.00 or more. This offer is valid in Canada on the products ordered via the website, excluding taxes. The flat rate is $ 15.00 for delivery to the United States.
